Scott's knowledge and experience made the difference between us getting the home that we wanted and we were able to avoid the misery and disappointment of getting outbid, like so many other buyers have experienced during the past year. Scott worked closely with us to formulate a winning search and bidding strategy that allowed us to quickly come to an agreement with the seller. As an added bonus he was even able to negotiate a $10,000 concession from the seller, that was an absolutely incredible achievement considering there were nine other bids. Scott is an excellent realtor. I have used him to purchase 2 homes and sell another. In all 3 transactions he properly guided me to make the right decisions when I was ready to give up due to frustrations in real estate transactions. As a buyer he ensured I didn't overbid saving me thousands of dollars. As a selling agent he followed up with a buying agent to inquire if their buyer was still interested after our original FHA contract was falling apart. His diligence ensured that I had a new contract - cash nonetheless - within days of the FHA contract failing. I will be using Scott for all future real estate transactions because of his knowledge, perseverance and the money he saved me.

I mean this sincerely when I say that my experience with Scott English has been and still is fantastic! We are making the long distance move from NYC to FL and over the last 6 months Scott has been terrific. The customer service experience means the most for me and not having to worry or wonder about the common pit falls that happen all too often in the home buying experience is my true testament to his communication and process expertise. He always anticipated and countered any challenges before they arose. He listened and found what we were looking for rather than tell us what we should get. We looked at homes online for 6 months and met with him over 2 one day trips and he he helped us find the right home for us within an already short time frame!
We closed on 3/3/2017 and he still finds the time to follow up with me almost daily to see if we need anything while we make our trip down south. We are very happy to have our new home and a new friend as well.
